The Future of Journalism in South Asia Workshop: Facebook Safety

The Center for Investigative Reporting, Sri Lanka and Media Unlimited, Pakistan, supported by the Meta Journalism Project (MJP), is conducting a workshop on Facebook Safety scheduled for August 18.

The workshop is part of a series under the theme “The Future of Journalism in South Asia.” The first activity in this series – a webinar on the topic “Protecting Yourself Online” was held in July. The series is an important milestone in Meta’s engagement with South Asian journalists as the initiative brings over 300 journalists from four South Asian countries to discuss areas of critical importance for the new generation of digitally engaged journalists.

If you are a journalist or media professional from Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka and enthusiastic to learn new skills or better understand issues relating to the digital media, please register for the upcoming workshop scheduled to be held online on August 18, 2022.
Register using the below link on or before 10 August, 2022.
